Shipping Packing Container House to Trinidad and Tobago

In a recent transaction, we established a partnership with a Trinidad and Tobago Client. This client contacted us via email, and we promptly engaged in conversation with them. During the initial communication, they expressed their needs, and we understood that they required a stylish yet practical Packing House  .

In order to meet the requirements of our customers, our design team had many communications with them, from the selection of materials to the final construction of Packing House , to ensure that every step can satisfy our customers. We designed the interior of the Packing Box using environmentally friendly materials, 1.6mm thick rubber-plastic flooring, light grey .During the production process of Packing House , we strictly controlled every step to ensure that each Packing Box met quality and safety standards.

Project production cycle for custom Packing House : 10 working days to complete the customisation, including steel plate cutting, welding, spraying (using environmentally friendly paint, colour difference ≤5%), internal structure reinforcement.

Logistics programme design of Packing House 

Mode of transport: full container (40HQ) by sea for 6 units Packing Box

+ 3,200 RMB for domestic trailer + 1,350 RMB for export customs clearance.(FOB term)

Timeliness achievement: Packing Box took 14 working days (10 days for production + 4 days for shipping) from order to delivery at destination port, exceeding the expectation.

Quality acceptance: the error rate of the colour and size of the box is <3%, and it passed the third party quality inspection of the customer.
