At the end of the year company group construction: make dumplings together

At the end of the year, all the employees of Star Er Company gathered together and held a unique group construction activity to review the struggle course of the past year in the field of steel structure building and look forward to the future development blueprint.

On this unforgettable day, December 27, 2024, we gathered together to start a team-building activity full of laughter and cohesion. In the cold winter, we got together, different from the past group dinner, this time, we chose a most traditional and most fun and tender way - cooking and making dumplings by ourselves.

We were divided into two groups of people, one group of people cooking in the kitchen, the other group of people making dumplings in the hall.

The hall was filled with the aroma of flour, laughter followed, and everyone put down their busy work and began to join the ranks of preparing group meals. Making dumplings is not only a craft, but also a manifestation of teamwork. We prepare ingredients together, wrap the stuffing, cooperate with each other, chat with each other, share the experience of work, in the joy and laughter, even the new colleagues have gradually opened their hearts, and we have established a deeper tacit understanding.
